The idea of creating a London Dry Gin in Kazakhstan was born from a unique combination of terroir and technology. The region has its own natural foundation — local juniper called archa, grown in mountainous and foothill areas. The company, in turn, possesses high-purity neutral grain spirit “Alpha” (produced in‑house) and a modern distillation facility.
The London Dry style was chosen as a strict international standard that does not mask the origin but, on the contrary, allows it to be expressed as accurately as possible. The gin contains no sugar, flavourings, or corrective additives — only pure distillation.

How it is made
Spirit base – “Alpha” spirit undergoes additional preparation to stabilize strength, temperature and clarity. This guarantees correct extraction of aromas.
Water treatment – five‑stage purification (including automatic control of mineral composition) provides crystal softness without overpowering the natural notes of the botanicals.
Working with botanicals – all ingredients are hand‑sorted, quality‑controlled and precisely dosed.
Distillation – a combined method (maceration + vapour infusion) is used. The botanicals are placed in a special gin basket in a strictly calibrated sequence. Alcohol vapour passing through them becomes saturated with subtle nuances. At the same time, strict fraction separation is carried out: the “heads” and “tails” are cut off, leaving only the “heart” of the distillate.
Blending and stabilisation – dilution to 45% ABV uses only treated water, with no sugar added. The spirit is stabilised to balance the flavour profile.
Final filtration – multi‑level systems remove the finest particles, preserving absolute clarity and purity of taste.
Quality control – laboratory analysis, sensory evaluation and automated monitoring at every stage ensure batch‑to‑batch consistency.
Taste and aroma
Aroma: deep, natural, with dominant notes of fresh pine, resin and a light citrus‑spicy trail.
Taste: layered and expressive. The pine freshness of archa harmoniously intertwines with the piquant notes of coriander and cardamom, bursts with citrus juiciness (orange, mandarin, grapefruit) and finishes with a noble floral‑herbal chord of rosemary and orris root.
Finish: long, dry, absolutely clean and refreshing.
