That is why the choice of organic “Alpha” grade spirit was a fundamental production decision, rather than merely part of the product’s positioning.

Production Controlled by Global Beverages
The creation of KYZYLZHAR ORGANIC brings together two companies within the Global Beverages holding. The product’s journey begins at the Alfa Organic plant in Stepnogorsk, where organic malt spirit of the “Alpha” grade is produced. The spirit is then transported to the Petropavlovsk Vodka Plant, where it is combined with specially prepared water before undergoing technological resting, quality control, filtration and bottling.
Once prepared, the spirit-and-water blend is rested for at least ten days. This approach is unusual in high-volume vodka production: the additional time extends the production cycle, but allows the components to reach the required balance and develop a smooth, harmonious character.
Every batch undergoes laboratory testing and production control. Global Beverages oversees the entire process — from the selection and processing of raw materials to the release of the finished bottle.
