It all begins with a special wheat variety — Damsinskaya Amber — developed by scientists of the A.I. Baraev Scientific Center of Grain Farming.
This variety, obtained by crossbreeding adapted North Kazakhstan lines with hard Mediterranean types, is carefully selected for yield, biochemical composition, and stress resistance.
Grown according to organic farming standards — without mineral fertilizers or pesticides, and with minimal mechanical intervention — the grain matures naturally, accumulating natural sugars, making it an ideal raw material for eco-vodka.
