At the heart of ХАОМА lies natural, light water from the pristine protected region of Sinegorye (Kokshetau). By its structure and softness, it is a natural analogue of Arctic glacial meltwater.
2. The Foundation: Organic Malt Spirit “Alpha”
We use only the purest organic malt spirit “Alpha,” produced from elite varieties of Kazakh wheat, naturally fermented. Sixfold distillation enriches it with authentic aroma and highlights its pure taste.
3. Unique Filtration: Saxaul Charcoal
During ten-stage filtration, we rejected pumps in favor of classical gravity flow. The key secret lies in the filter: instead of conventional wood charcoal, we use saxaul charcoal. Before saxaul was listed in the Red Book, it was an invaluable purification component. We carefully preserved its reserves for a truly exceptional product. This technology provides impeccable clarity and crystal softness.
4. Bouquet: Alatau Flowers & Steppe Herbs
The blend was created with the participation of 143 experts, including phytocenologists. The lightness and delicacy of the lush meadows of the Trans-Ili Alatau (oregano, sweet clover, thyme) are perfectly balanced with the spicy, slightly bitter herbs of the Great Steppe.
