This is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of food-grade ethyl alcohol and dry active additives for compound feed. Using modern European equipment and a multi-stage laboratory control system, the plant ensures the production of the highest quality products. A professional team of more than 250 specialists guarantees the efficient and uninterrupted operation of all production processes.
The plant includes primary and auxiliary production facilities.
History
The “Centaur” plant, part of the “Global Beverages” group, was founded on February 19, 1998. Today, it is a modern facility equipped with European automated Fragasa (Spain) equipment, with a production capacity of over 19 million liters per year. More than 250 qualified specialists work at the plant, ensuring uninterrupted operations and high product quality.

Products and Quality
The plant specializes in the production of high-quality food-grade ethyl alcohol and dry active additives for compound feed.
Food-grade ethyl alcohol
Alcohol is produced under the grades “Highest Purity,” “Extra,” “Lux,” and “Alpha.”
Active additive for compound feed (Stillage):
Dry active additive (DAA) is a highly valuable protein-vitamin product.
It is used for the production of high-performance compound feeds and as a supplement to the main diet of cattle, poultry, and other farm animals.
Produced in powder form.
Production is carried out in accordance with the regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Quality Control
At the “Centaur” plant, product quality undergoes five stages of control and is ensured around the clock.
Laboratory
- Raw materials: performs incoming grain inspection.
- Analytical: conducts a full analysis of alcohol and intermediate products.
- Production: provides round-the-clock monitoring of intermediates at all stages.
- Chromatographic: ensures additional control.
- Water and steam: monitors the quality of water and steam.
